2nd Sunday of Lent, 1st March 2015

Extra Parish Mass for Lent
Each weekday, Monday to Friday, we have an evening Mass for Lent at St. Fiacre’s Church.  This is provided as a way of helping people in their Lenten journey.  To date this Mass is very well attended - all are welcome to join us.

First Friday Visits
Frs. Dan, Roderick and Liam will be making their calls on the this Friday, 6th March.  Fr. Roderick will attend as arranged with those he visits regularly.

Lenten Text Message
It’s not too late to have a free inspirational text delivered to your mobile phone each day for the rest of Lent.  To subscribe simply send the mobile phone number to Ossory Adult Faith Development Group at 085 831 3100 or email afd@ossory.ie or telephone 056 775 3624.   Messages are short, pithy, inspirational and delivered at noon.

Parking Issues
A number of people have received parking tickets while parked on the road outside St. Fiacre’s Church.  As far as we are aware this was outside Mass times.  We ask people to park legally and responsibly and to avoid causing obstruction and inconvenience for other road users.  Please note that there is a car park adjacent to the Parish Centre and Caulfield’s Supervalu has ample spaces for Mass attendees.  St. Patrick’s Parish has no control over the issuing of parking tickets.
